Privacy

Your privacy will be honored at all times. OM MANTRA SPA offers private changing areas, and abides appropriate draping techniques and respects your privacy throughout your session and time at the spa. Please confirm with your therapist of any level of discomfort or concerns.

Scheduling and Punctuality

Please be on time for appointments, late arrivals unfortunately may reflect into your treatment time and you will not receive your full scheduled treatment time. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early to start your relaxation process, fill out health form, use bathroom, etc. OM MANTRA SPA has a 24-hour cancellation policy. All appointments will be held with a credit card number. If you do not call within 24 hours or if you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% for scheduled appointment.  Gift Certificates will not be honored and will become invalid.  Cancellation policy for all appointments scheduled on Saturdays is 48 hours, if you do not call within 48 hours for appointments on Saturdays you will be charged 100% of service scheduled.  We ask that you let us know immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included within spa service and are left up to your discretion.

Gift Certificates Available!

Gift Certificate sales are final, no refunds.  If you would like to upgrade your gift certificate you will pay difference of full price of upgraded service.
